In this position, you will be responsible for diagnosing maintenance problems and making repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, pool care and carpentry. Our Maintenance Technicians are also responsible for assisting in the make-ready preparation of our apartment homes, scheduling and performing preventative maintenance and maintaining a courteous and helpful demeanor with our residents, prospective residents, co-workers and vendors.
Prospective applicants should have 2-3 years experience in apartment maintenance, knowledge of working safely with power tools as well as electricity and general knowledge of building codes and laws applicable to the community.
